Touchdown Tacos: Quick and Easy Super Bowl Party Recipes
The Super Bowl is just around the corner, and that means it’s time to start planning your party food! Tacos are always a crowd-pleaser, and they’re also super easy to make ahead of time. Here are a few quick and easy touchdown taco recipes that will have your guests cheering for more:
Classic Beef Taco
- Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 12 taco shells
- Your favorite toppings, such as shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole
- Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until thickened.
- Serve the beef in taco shells with your favorite toppings.
Chicken Fajita Tacos
- Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced

- Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper

- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
